Father Ray Children’s Home

After eight weeks off school, the boys from the Father Ray Children’s Home are almost ready to go back to school. But before they go back to class they must have a regulation haircut. One of the older boys, Lek, is responsible for the barber shop and it is his job to train the older boys in the art of using an electric razor. All government schools insist that all boys must have their heads shaved, the top of the head can have some length, but the back and sides must be as short as possible. Some barbers are better than others, and many of the younger boys will hide until they see Lek’s chair is free, making sure that none of the inexperienced barbers are let loose on their heads.
